GRAYS is taking necessary steps to ensure that your dining experience is sanitary.  Our Team is regularly sanitizing throughout the restaurant to include table tops, chairs, and frequent touch points.  You will be provided sanitizing wipes upon greeting at your table. Our condiments and menus are single use or have been sanitized to ensure they are sanitary before your use.  We have redesigned the floor plan and rearranged tables in the room to ensure proper 6′ distancing for all seating areas, at booths and tables, as well as entrances and exits.  Seating is limited to a maximum of 5 guests per table as per Washington State’s Phase 2 Guidelines.  We have installed effective signage to ensure that everyone is following proper social distancing rules, required wearing of face coverings and thoughtful general courtesies to ensure your safety.  The GRAYS Team is also fully adorned in Personal Protective Equipment to include face coverings, food services glove use for Ready-To-Eat foods, as well as frequent, regular and proper hand washing after every touch-interaction.

Chef Troy Lucio Crafts our menu with a refreshing boldness. Trained in Italian, French and international cuisine by the Italian Hotel Management & Culinary Institute, Troy worked across Germany and California before finding his perfect culinary fit in the Pacific Northwest.

With extensive experience in the culinary arena, Michael Charpentier brings an elegant and distinctive flair to Grays as the restaurant Chef. Working in some of Portland’s most notable restaurants, Charpentier has established himself as a masterful curator of Pacific Northwest flavor and unprecedented guest delight. His previous experience includes executive chef, kitchen and front of the house roles.
My cooking style is to take fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and allow them to shine.   My goals for Grays are to make it more seasonal and scratch based. I want to focus on a greater reliance on vegetables in delicious preparations. I hope to further showcase what we can grow on our rooftop garden and incorporate those ingredients, as well as speak to seasonality and sustainability.

Our private dining room features reclaimed wood and floor-to-ceiling windows. Elevate your corporate event with our 65-inch TV or take the meeting outside to the patio and cozy-up to one of our fire pits. Customized set menu options are available.
